More than clothing. It is Nachtmahr.

Nachtmahr is the dream you do not wake from gently. A horse with a horn and red eyes, drawn in one line, and clothes made the same way: one idea, cut hard, finished by hand.

We make technical fashion for women who are done apologising. Harness lines over lace. Power mesh where skin should be seen and jersey where it should not. Matte black hardware that holds, and one red stitch that says whose it is.

Every piece begins as a design study — a number, a sheet, a mannequin in a room with one window. It is drawn, made, worn, and taken apart again until nothing is left that does not do something. Then it is made properly, in small numbers, to last.

One design. Endless interpretations. A dress that is a dress, a high cut, a side open, a strap released, a garter mode — five garments in one, decided by the woman wearing it and not by us.

Discipline. Beauty. Power. Not as a slogan; as an order of work.

The atelier is in Frankfurt am Main, in a room with concrete walls, a window the width of the wall, and a cutting table under it. It was founded in 2024 as the fashion side of nwty.me: the network's models are the first to wear what is made here, and the first to be asked what should be made next.

Pieces are made to order and in small editions. Write to us for a fitting, a stockist, or a piece that does not exist yet.
